Westerville Chiropractor Dr. Madison Kress

Dr. Alisha Booher
My chiropractic journey began at Booher Family Chiropractic when I was 14. I started chiropractic care after experiencing low back pain while riding horses. After just a few visits under Dr. Booher’s care, I was able to ride again pain-free and continued regular care. I quickly realized that chiropractic care was more than just pain relief, and it inspired me to encourage my family and many friends to begin care as well. Dr. Booher became more than just a healthcare provider to me—she was a mentor whom I admired, especially when I decided not to pursue veterinary school and was uncertain about my future. With her support and encouragement, I decided to attend chiropractic school. After graduation, I practiced at a family clinic in Des Moines, IA, before returning to Ohio to be closer to my family. Dr. Booher welcomed me back with open arms, and I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside her.
I’m passionate about chiropractic care not only because it helps people manage pain but also because it addresses underlying issues and supports the body in maintaining true health. During my time at Palmer, I interned alongside a doctor who specializes in pediatrics. I developed a strong passion for caring for families, especially pregnant women and children, though I enjoy treating patients of all ages. I hold a Webster Certification from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to support mothers throughout pregnancy.
